HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Contact name

  • Company address

  • Company phone number

  • Products names and quantities of your order

  • Description of your company and how you would like to use our products.

Upon receiving your email, our team will be in touch with you within 2 business days. Please note that every order is subject to acceptance and availability.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE

Opening orders must be 30 units or more. We offer discounts in accordance with the size of your order. For orders under 30 units, please contact customer service at love@analuisa.com

ELIGIBILITY

We require disclosure of the company that will be using the product and how products will be distributed or sold. We reserve the right to refuse service.

DISTRIBUTION

Ana Luisa products purchased through our Corporate Sales division cannot be resold directly to consumers for any reason.

SALES TAX

Ana Luisa is required to charge sales tax for all orders in the U.S.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

SHIPPING & DUTIES

U.S. Inquiries: We work with all national carriers - if you prefer to ship with FedEx, UPS, or DHL please specify in your request. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order invoice. International: We do not offer Corporate Gifting outside of the U.S. at this time.
