Bold Huggie Hoops Earrings

Appearance: I liked the bold chunk to these hoops, gives them more assertiveness than a dainty hoop. Comfort: I have not worn earrings in 14 YEARS. I stopped wearing them in middle school after I realized I have extremely sensitive ears, that react to anything that’s not HIGH quality metal or gold/silver. I wore these and had No issues with itching or ooziness on day 1. On day 2 I noticed slight pus and irritation, so I removed the earrings and let my ears rest. I put them in a day or so later, and since then have had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. I account the irritation to the fact that I haven’t worn earrings since I was 12 (I’m 26 now) and my ears needed a moment to adjust to being in use again. I now wear these earrings all the time! They make me feel very cool. I’ve forgotten how nice a quality piece of jewelry can make you feel. This is my first purchase, but I’m already a repeat customer with another pair on the way. I haven’t worn earrings for years - make that decades - because of how irritated my earlobes would get! Whether it was gold or silver my earlobes reacted. After reading a review here about how these were great for sensitive ears I thought I’d give it a shot as I love earrings but never get to wear them. Well 5 days in and my earlobes show no signs of irritation/bleeding! Plus these are so comfy I even sleep in them and forget I even have them in! The titanium posts on these earrings really are hypoallergenic! I’ve purchased 2 more pairs of earrings from Ana Luisa (with titanium posts) as a result! So excited to finally be able to wear earrings again!

I wear these everyday and never take them off! I wear them in the shower and also when I go to sleep and I have been loving them! I definitely recommend purchasing!

I’ve bought many pairs of earrings from Ana Luisa and I’ve loved them all! But these are my new every day earrings. I have three ear lobe piercings on each ear and so I have three pairs of these that I wear all at once. I love them. I’ve never really worn hoops before this, but these are so comfortable. I have very sensitive skin and almost always have a bad reaction to jewelry. But I’ve never had any issues with any jewelry I’ve bought here. Their quality is amazing.

Wow! These are perfect for every day wear. They’re super high quality and the design is so simple and elegant, but they’re also lightweight so they’re perfect for everyday wear. I chop and change how I wear these - on their own as a simple centre piece, as my second or third with bigger earrings in my first - they’re just perfect! Very classy.

I have had my ears pierced for about 6 years, and they still haven’t completely healed due to medical issues. Because of this, the only metal that doesn’t cause irritation in my ears has been titanium. Unfortunately, titanium isn’t super common in jewelry (earrings specifically) so it has been difficult to find a cute style that’s not studs. I love the look of small chunkier gold huggies, but could never find one’s that would work for me. 2 years later... Ana Luisa has the perfect solution!! I have only had these earrings for a few days, however, I would have noticed irritation by now based on my other experiences. I love that they have a slight bit of weight to them so they don’t feel cheap. They’re comfortable to sleep in and the clasps are super secure. I appreciate how short the posts are so they don’t show at all when I’m wearing them. I take them out whenever I wash my face/shower to keep them looking good longer hopefully. I ordered two pairs to try (these and Santa in gold) and so liked these better for everyday and all day wear, but both styles were amazing! And J have to add, the price is completely justified for the quality. I love these so much, and definitely recommend them!!

These earrings are perfect for everyday use- they are extremely lightweight, comfortable, high quality. Whenever I put these on I feel put together and they complete every outfit (they literally go with everything!) My most worn pair of earrings and I highly recommend!

I love these earrings. They are the perfect size and shape. I’ve been looking for gold hoops but they are either too big or too heavy. But these are absolutely perfect!!

I bought these hoops as well as a few other pairs and have been wearing them non-stop ever since! I lost one of my Guila hoops and am rebuying them as they have become my go-to. A few of my friends have also bought and love them!

Such a nice pair of simple everyday hoops! I love these with every outfit! Only downside is one of the clasps feels loose, but glad they’re huggie hoops so not too prone to falling off

I loved these mini hoops as soon as I put them on. I wear them in my second piercing along with a bigger hoop in my first.

Decent quality for the money. Packaged very nicely and received very quickly. These were a gift and my daughter liked them.

like the July 7 reviewer, one of my hugges arrived with a very loose hinge and did not close securely; i sent an email and got a replacement order (which open and close perfectly) within days and am again a happy ana luisa shopper.

Very cute earrings! I purchase this pair in both gold and silver thinking that I'd return what I didn't like as much, but I like them both so much that I'm keeping them! They're slightly thicker than I thought they'd be, but nothing to complain too much about. Great quality too, as I have more sensitive ears but when I'm wearing these I can't feel a thing! Really great earrings — would buy from Ana Luisa again!

These are my favorites in terms of shape and wearability. My only slight issue with them is that they do dangle off the ear because the post is so long. Wish it sat more flush against the lobe. Still wear them every day :)

They are super cute and comfortable everyday earrings would have no complaints besides hehe fact that one of the earrings is super hard to open and close and I’m afraid one time I’ll break it.

Go with any outfit and are the perfect weight. They look really great in a second earlobe piercing

My ears are very sensitive and will get itchy and oozy after a few hours. As such, when I saw the positive reviews about it being hypoallergenic due to the titanium posts, I got very excited. I noticed a slight itch after wearing them for over 12 hours, but nothing horrible. I suspect that it is due to not wearing earrings for awhile. They were comfortable enough to sleep in as I wanted these to be as easy to wear as possible. I did find that the earrings are a bit shallow. If you have thick lobes or your piercing is higher up, it could scrunch up the bottom of your ear. They are not heavy on your lobes. They do easily accommodate airpods for my ears. Unless you are walking, they don't bother the airpods at all, which I find is a problem with stud-type earrings as opposed to hoops. From an appearance standpoint, I think they are a bold look. I find them a touch masculine for my personal taste as they are quite thick. I think these would be amazing if they came out with these with some crystal or diamond embellishments to make them a bit more feminine.

I do enjoy Ana Luisa jewelry for their pricing (when they have their sales) but quality could be better. The huggies I received have inconsistent clasps. One clicks in easily and the other it feels like you have to use all your force to open and close. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon pending further quality control.

I was on the hunt for a simple everyday earring and was so excited to find these! I also really was excited about the closure so that I wouldn’t poke myself if I ever wanted to lay down. I’m sad to report that one of the earrings was very loose when closing and easily snapped open while the other was secure. I figured I would know for sure or feel if it came out so I wasn’t worried about it. Sadly, I’ve already lost one side from it just popping opening with me knowing. Pretty freaking bummed.

The ideal every day hoop. Quality is not the best they are extremely lightweight and faded but again theyre good for everyday wear.

They're cute and just what I wanted but 1 of the earrings snaps off easier than the other and if I accidentally tug at it while tucking my hair behind my ear, the earring tends to unsnap.

Gorgeous earrings but one of the clasps came faulty, making it easy to come undone, leading it to fall out of my ear and losing it.

Love the style, size and fit. The touch of understated class that elevates a simple outfit. The only thing that keeps them from being 5 stars the clasp on one of the earrings is difficult to open and close.
