I absolutely love this necklace. I haven’t taken it off since I got it. The jewels sparkle a lot and it looks gorgeous on. The only comment I will say is make sure you’re wearing it the right way, I thought the necklace was defective at first and kept flipping but there is a right way to put it on so the jewels face outward.

It turned out that the 30% discount required an AL Luxe membership, which wasn’t mentioned in the promotion banner at the time. Customer service couldn’t resolve the issue. Clearer communication would have improved the experience.

I liked the idea of this necklace, and the fact that it matched the bracelet and earrings. however, this kept flipping over and it bothered me. ended up returning.

Like other comments say, this won’t lay flat 99% of the time, so you don’t even get to see the pave of the necklace which was the whole reason I purchased it. They also want $20 for me to return it, which is ridiculous! And they’re asking me to return it via a shipping company that doesn’t even have a location near me. Will never purchase from this company again
