This piece is so simple, yet gorgeous! I love Ocean and was so excited when this piece came out! Can’t believe how beautiful it is! So easy to dress up or down, perfect for every day wear. The only summer necklace you need.

When I ordered this necklace I didn’t realise I’d be away when it arrived. As I was I changed the DHL delivery to not need a signature so it could be posted through my letterbox, so it’d be there when I arrived home. When I did arrive home, unfortunately it wasn’t there, I asked immediate neighbours and they didn’t have it either. I immediately emailed Ana Luisa who replied that they had been told the delivery was a success, but after enquiring further they were told it was lost in transit. To rectify this they sent a new necklace free of charge, and asked that if the original one does turn up we send the new one back. Not long after the replacement necklace was sent, a neighbour further down my road knocked and said they had a package for me; turns out it was the original necklace . I was a bit embarrassed due to all the fuss this had caused but I told Ana Luisa and said once the new one arrived I’d send it back straight away, which I did with the new label they emailed through. Even though it was a bit of a hassle to figure out I was very very pleased with how Ana Luisa helped, they were incredibly helpful, very understanding and considerate. Also, the necklace is beautiful and definitely worth all the trouble! The way Ana Luisa responded and dealt with the issue means I’d definitely feel comfortable trusting them and buying from them again.

This necklace is perfect. It’s gorgeous and looks like it was extremely expensive. The charms looks even more gorgeous in person. The necklace is light and doesn’t twist when worn all day, the designer is also a small business owner which makes me feel even better for wearing.

I bought two of this necklace, one for me and one for my Mom. We both love it so much. Oceanna did an amazing job with designing this necklace. You can literally feel the love that she poured into designing this necklace.
