I ordered this at the beginning of the month, understandable with there being delays due to covid. Customer service was prompt in addressing my concern! Just received today and I am not disappointed! I love my mama necklace. I wear it everyday. Wish there was a silver one (I tend to wear silver with my neutral colors) that is when I wish this necklace was available in silver. Other than that, love it, my all time favorite necklace.

I love my Mama necklace. It's beautiful and well-made. The packaging is super cute. My daughters ordered it online for my 50th Birthday. We live in Canada and it shipped within a week of puurchase - in the middle of a pandemic! Recycled materials, carbon neutrality, and transparency are everything to me, and were barriers to jewelry buying in the past. Finally, we found a brand where we can buy creative, well-crafted jewelry without robbing workers of a living wage and protections we enjoy AND without kicking the Earth in the core! So happy. Love this necklace! The packaging was super cute and made me feel as if something really special was inside. I’ve showered with it on and still looks the same. Whenever I see it in the mirror, I smile. I pair mine with a gold diamond pendant necklace I’ve had for years. So happy with my purchase.

Hello, I received my "Mama" necklace today. I love how fast it was shipped out to me. It took over a week to get here but it was definitely worth the wait. This necklace is so cute and dainty. I won' t be taking it off for a while. It looks so clean and classy for the price point. The only thing that I am a little concerned with is how (tight) the necklace feels. Yes there are two extension sizes included, 16 and 18 length, but the 18 length still feels tight. I had to lock it on the very edge of the necklace, which I didn't mind at all.

I love it bc that’s what my boys call me, they never called me mommy or mom- they call me mama, so this piece spoke to me from the moment I saw it. I just received it today and immediately put it on. I love it so much, it’s so delicate and gorgeously simple, I love Ana luisa’s pieces bc of their beautiful simplicity. I don’t plan to take it off ever! Unless maybe to wear a different AL piece...

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my cousin. She’s been my best friend since I was born and is more like a sister to me! In October of 2018 she had a miscarriage and struggled to get pregnant again. But now she’s 19 weeks (today) and I’m nearly 38 weeks. I am going to give this to her at her baby shower in October!

If you’re on the fence about purchasing this necklace, do yourself a favor and do it! I just received mine today and it’s perfect. I can’t speak to how it holds up over time considering I’ve only worn it for a day but I’m hopeful having read other customer reviews! Side note: my husband was impressed with the packaging :)

Ordered this necklace for myself on a Friday (from Australia) and it arrived on Monday! I could not believe how quickly it got here. The necklace came in a pretty fabric envelope (points for presentation) and the necklace is exactly as pictured. I am super happy with the value for money - it looks more expensive than it was, and is dainty and feminine (exactly what I was looking for).
