This is my FAVORITE piece from Ana Luisa. I feel so beautiful and feminine wearing this piece because of how it lays on my décolleté and how it elongates my neckline and tiny face. It is also the perfect size, not too thin and not too loud either, but enough to draw people's eyes and attention towards it. I've received SO MANY compliments from both men and women. I hope Ana Luisa never stops making this because I will continue to buy it as gifts for others! I'm going to wear it for Valentine's day for a cute and flirtatious look.

This was the first piece I got a few weeks ago and I've been wearing it every day since. It's what got me hooked, now I want to buy everything.
I've since purchased another ring and a pair of earrings and the quality is just amazing.
I don't have many gold jewelry pieces because usually the gold is too yellow, but that is not the case with this brand. The color is very pleasant and all of the pieces so far have a nice weight and quality feel to them. Someone needs to take my credit card away.

It is my second time purchasing from Ana Luisa.
This neckless has been on my wish-list for months and finally I did purchased it. yey!
The chain is uniq and I love the fact that it has three rings which you can adjust length as you like.
I thought the pendant would be empty and light but it's full and has weight.
It is such a lovely neckless, hesitation only delays delivery.

This is my first purchase from ana luisa after hearing great reviews on youtube. Delivery only took 2-3 days to arrive in the UK which is surprisingly fast for Covid-19 situation. This necklace is different from most of my necklaces, so I was a little unsure about. But, I love the vintage look it gives and the quality is phenomenal for the price. The heart is quite weighty and the chain is super smooth. What the online photo didn't show was the chain had three adjustments, 16 inch as the shortest and 18 inch as longest. You wouldn't really need to buy the extender, although I did and I don't regret it because I now have the option to wear it even longer say 20inch for sweater weather. Also, the colour of the gold is not the really yellow ones which a lot of other online companies now sell, so this looks extremely real layered with other 14k gold necklaces. This was another thing I was unsure about. I will definitely purchase more from here!

I heard about Ana Luisa from watching YouTube video. First time order a necklace and two pairs of earrings backs from Ana Luisa. Very efficient services. The Lev necklace with a puffed heart is very elegant. The quality is very good and the retail price is soooooooo reasonable, paying fashion jewelry price but getting top quality of the product.

This was my first time purchasing from Ana Luisa. I heard about this jewelry brand from a YouTuber/online influencer. I was very pleased by all the personal touches that this company offers, including the short & sweet notes when the shipment arrived along with theThank You email that I received from David, the CEO. I appreciate how they believe in and practice sustainability by using minimal packaging from the cardboard box to the cute, little pouch with the snap button that my necklace came in. They also use recycled gold. This is what makes Ana Luisa stand out from the rest.

Q: You have to order this necklace in size small or medium but what does that mean? Is the chain a different length or is it the size of the heart? I’ve never seen a size choice when ordering a necklace. Thanks for your help!

A: Both the heart and chain is bigger with the medium size - it's a chunkier necklace. The small is more dainty. If you look at the picture of the necklace on the models you can see the difference in chain/heart size.
