Cute, but tarnishes more quickly than other Ana Luisa earrings

I liked these earrings at first; they added the right amount of sparkle and given that they are huggies, I never took these off. I say liked not loved because for me, the jewel constantly shifts so that it's at the bottom edge of my ear, which looks odd in my opinion. I'm not sure if that's because my ears lobes are too small to keep them in place?
However, after a couple of months of living in them, over 50% of the gold plating has eroded away. This is contrast to other Ana Luisa earrings that I have also lived in for months (literally never taking them off, working out, showering, sleeping in them), as well as a necklace that I have worn without taking off for over 1+ years.
If you're someone who wants to break these out on occasion, I think they are a great option. However, if you're someone who wants to live in these, I'd say save your money for another pair. I personally have not had an issue with the clasps at all in the 5+ months that I've had them.

Love the look but

It’s so small and the clasp is so tight. I finally got new hoops this year from AL and I’m wondering if my Elios huggies and Toda hoops are defected since they were so tight it was impossible to open even with tweezers at first. They suggested I wiggle it loose and since then the Todas are loose and Elios are still too tight. I think it’s best if ur piercing is close to the edge and as a keep in (tho that doesn’t make sense since the instructions for care tell you to take them off) but trying to take it off gives me a mental and physical breakdown! I’m so anxious that I won’t be able to and my ears get all red from the tries that it’s not worth it. TLDR I like to change out my earrings but while I love the look I can’t handle the clasp anxiety. I rather wear my other earrings.

the metal fittings were too soft

VERY TINY! Baby size hoops.

Firstly, I have really enjoyed Ana Luisa jewelry up until this purchase. I own other earrings and a cuff. These hoops wouldn't fit my first piercing and barely fit my 2nd. I woke up to my ears a bit swollen after putting them in mu 2nd holes the night before. It would be perfect for a 3rd piercing but unfortunately I don't have that done. I've never been dissatisfied with a purchase before and recommend Ana Luisa to all my friends. From my experience each piece is made well and the quality will last. I don't think I have exceptionally large ear lobes either lol. I'm just writing this because the size, while definitely appeared small is VERY small in person. If you have petite ears these could look really cute. These would also work for cartilage piercings in the upper ear.. I just assumed they would fit me because of the way they looked on the model. I'm just providing honest feedback. I still love Ana Luisa and will continue purchasing their jewelry in the future.

The earrings? Very pretty! Tiny but a definite eye catcher!
I didn’t remove them and they lasted for a little over 2 months before they started getting black and overall unappealing.
I would suggest not to wear them in the shower or when you go for a swim, then you should be able to get a 6 months wear in with them still looking good.
If your lobes are big you’re not gonna enjoy these though, I’ve got tiny ears and they fit pretty snug.

I wanted these to work, but they’re tiny and squeeze my earlobes. If you have thicker earlobes or a piecing that’s more inwards I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I love how cute these earrings look but they are very easy to open. It even once opened during my sleep and I found it in the sheets later, so now I’m kinda scared of losing it during the day, e.g. when I’m taking of a sweater or something :(

The earrings are cute, but you have to be very careful with them, otherwise the gold will chip off pretty fast. Mine got chipped off after few months only. However, the customer service was nice enough to return me the money for the product.

These are one of my favorite earrings on the site, however they didn’t fit me properly. I have very small ears and they fit more like hoops than huggies on me, which I didn’t like the look of. I might have gifted them except that one of the closures didn’t stay clicked closed and would come off easily if worn out. That one must have been a fluke though, because all the other pieces I ordered had no issues. Returns are super easy, just keep all original packing!

Cant say i was too impressed with these, i liked them on but unfortunately the clasp was flimsy and wouldnt clip on properly. Resulting in the falling off my ears and loosing them before i got much wear out them them.
